Maxine’s treatments are always professional and classic, so I knew I was in great hands when I booked to have my bottom eyeliner done. I have had it done in the past, several times, so went in bracing myself for the inevitable pain but to my shock and delight it was painless! As with all my treatments, I am very pleased with the finished result and I am planning many more Semi Permanent treatment.
